You can now manage your bill payments more efficiently using Pay with TransferWise. Pay all of your bills and easily reconcile transactions using Pay with TransferWise. It’s a simple, fast and secure way to pay and manage your bills.

What will you see in Xero?

When logging in to Xero, you and your clients will see the upgraded bill payments experience when entering the batch payment flow. The new experience is more intuitive to use, making it easier to review and prepare payments, while retaining the functionality needed to download batch payment files.

What is Pay with TransferWise and how can I set it up?

Pay with TransferWise is a new way for UK businesses to pay and manage bills through Xero. The optional feature provides a simple, fast and secure way for UK businesses to pay bills within the UK using GBP.

You’ll still have access to your clients’ bill payments as per the current permissions you have in place. However, if you and your clients want to use Pay with TransferWise, your client will first need to create or connect their TransferWise account from within Xero, as this will be in their name.

How much does it cost?

The upgraded bill payments experience is an improvement to Xero that won’t cost you or your clients anything extra.

However, if you or your clients would like to add the new Pay with TransferWise feature, the subscriber can choose a plan from their Xero subscription to suit the number of bills the business pays monthly.

Xero are offering Pay with TransferWise free for customers to use until 31 July 2020. Standard pricing begins at £3 for up to 10 transactions (ex. VAT), and will apply from 1 August.

For more information visit Xero’s dedicated page.
